"Portrait of a Squash," a watercolor by Veronica Helfensteller, won honorable mention at the Fort Worth Art Association's exhibition, Fort Worth Local Artists Show. Helfensteller was a member of the Fort Worth Circle, a local artist's colony. In the painting is a large squash, root vegetables and pods of beans.
