Description
Students at Texas Christian University assembled in their western gear for the dress rehearsal of the school's first annual Ranch Festival, Friday and Saturday, February 1-2. Any true westerner must be able to "roll his own" so, Miss Dandy Holt takes a few practice turns, rolling a cigarette , in the lawn of the campus. Watching the procedure is James McCaskey. Miss Holt is wearing cowboy hat, button-up blouse, jacket, trousers, and cowboy boots. Mr. McCaskey is dressed in a cowboy hat, button-up shirt, leather jacket, trousers, chaps, and cowboy boots.
