Description
A crowd is gathering at Camp Wolters in Mineral Wells, Texas as the camp officially passes to the Army. Left to right are A. P. Rollins and F. M. Reeves. Both men spoke at the ceremony. Mr. Rollins is a architect- engineer for the camp. He is wearing a hat and a pinstripe three piece suit. Mr. Reeves, a contractor, is dressed in a hat and a three piece suit. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition, March 23, 1941.
