A crowd is gathering in Mineral Wells, Texas at Camp Wolters. The giant Infantry Replacement Center is officially being turned over from the construction quartermaster to the Army. The camp commander, Colonel Fay Brabson, left, is receiving symbols of the 6,000 keys to buildings on the reservation from Major Paul Brewer, Constructing Quartermaster.
