Brigadier General William Hood Simpson is being transferred to Camp Wolters in Mineral Wells, Texas. The West Point graduate is being named the commanding officer of the camp. He is show in his baby picture, at sixteen-months old in his hometown of Weatherford, Texas. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition, March 18, 1941.
