Homer Covey, right, vice chairman of the budget and membership drive of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, and Mayo Bowen, left, chairman, in a "kickoff" luncheon at the Blackstone Hotel. Mr. Covey is pointing to a board on which the committee fund raising goals are posted. They are both wearing suits and Mr. Bowen is wearing eyeglasses.
