Johnson of Chattanooga, Tennessee, secretary manager of the Southern Newspaper Publishers Association; and C. W. Tabb, manager of the Dallas office of Southern Newspaper Publishers Association Mechanical Conference. They are in Fort Worth to attend the meeting of the western division of the Southern Newspaper Mechanical Conference. Mr. Lundberg is shown explaining the Summer-in-February weather to Johnson.
