These representatives of the Western Division of the Southern Newspaper Mechanical Conference are in Fort Worth to attend the third annual meeting of the western division of the conference. They are, left to right, J. H. Gibson of the Houston Chronicle, who is presiding at the sessions, and C. W. Tabb of Dallas. Both of them are seen to be wearing suits and ties.
