Description

The Brewer Murder Trial is underway at the Tarrant County Courthouse. T. M. Cox, father of the victim, H. Glen Cox., is in attendance at the courthouse. Earl T. Brewer is on trial for murdering his son-in-law H. Glen at an east-side apartment on January 10, 1941. H. Glen's marriage to Virginia Brewer, fourteen, led to his death. The Brewers and the Cox Family live on neighboring farms in Fannin County, Texas. Mr. Cox is wearing a hat and a three piece suit.
