Description
Abilene, Texas played host to an array of military dignitaries at their annual Chamber of Commerce Banquet. Dinning at a table left to right are Homer H. Scott, Major Frank E. Fraser, and W. D. Minter. Mr. Scott, of Abilene, Texas, is dressed in a three piece suit. Major Fraser is with the 45th Infantry Division out of Fort Still, Oklahoma. The division is now stationed at the newly build Camp Barkeley. Mr. Minter, a native of Abilene, is dressed in a three piece pinstripe suit.
