Description

Abilene, Texas played host to an array of military dignitaries at their annual Chamber of Commerce Banquet. The three speakers are sitting a table with coffee and plates of food. They are left to right James E. Gheen, Lieutenant General Herbert J. Brees, and W. P. Wright, Abilene. Mr. Gheen, is the public relations counselor and humorist. He is dressed in a double breasted pinstripe suit. General Brees, of San Antonio, Texas, is the commander of the Third Army. He wearing his military uniform. Mr. Wright, is the retiring president of the Abilene Chamber of Commerce. He is dressed in a double breasted suit with a handkerchief in the pocket.
