Description
The Girls Service League is holding an open house in the old Winfield Scott Home on Pennsylvania Avenue. The League recently purchased the property to use as a home for underprivileged girls. Attending the open house, left to right, are Mrs. W. T. Macy, Mrs. D. J. Simmons, Mrs. Carl J. Aldenhoven and Mrs. Gordon Boswell. The women are members of the league and were in charge of the reception. They are dressed in evening gowns.
