Description
Campaign hats from Fort Sam Houston are being cleaned and blocked at the Peter Brothers Incorporated. Cecil Haynes, right, ironing out the wrinkles in an old hat. He is wearing a stack of hats on his head, a shirt and apron. Tom Peters, left, operator of Peter Brothers Incorporated repair shop, is examining a hat. Hats are processed at a rate of 140 a day.
