Plans for 1941 are the subject of discussion for three Boy Scout leaders attending a school conducted by the Fort Worth Area Council. The leaders are left to right, Frank I. Kidd, B. E. Looney, and V. R. Brown. Mr. Kidd, of Palo Pinto, Texas, is the director of Worth Ranch. He is wearing a light suit. Mr. Looney, of Denton, Texas, is the chairman of the advancement committee. He is dressed in a double breasted suit. Mr. Brown, of Fort Worth, Texas, is the chairman of the cubbing committee. He is wearing a three-piece pinstripe suit.
