    Description

Colonel Thomas Boles has been the superintendent of Carlsbad Caverns National Park for the past fifteen years. He has eagerly been awaiting the development of Big Bend National Park. Colonel Boles is convinced Texas' first national park will become one of the Nation's outstanding tourist attractions in the Southwest. He envisions the area from the Big Bend of the Rio Grande to Southern New Mexico become an international tourist mecca. He is dressed in a hat, suit, and a coat.
