Description
Amateur boxers are competing in the Golden Gloves District Tournament at the Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum in Fort Worth, Texas. Facing off in the tournament, left to right, are Cotton Gunter and Ray Lambert. Gunter is a Dallas, Texas, welterweight. He is one of the favorites from the Dallas district. Lambert is a veteran from Milford, Texas. He is battling for a district championship in the Class AA, open division. Lambert is shown ducking after throwing a big right hook. Gunter is responding with a one-two punch.
