Description
Mary Jones, 18, took a gun away from a would-be robber. She and her fiance, Truitt White, 20, were parked in a car when they spotted the assailant. Mr. White grappled with the man, causing him to drop his cap before fleeing into the darkness. The couple is standing beside their automobile. Miss Jones is wearing a collared shirt, sweater, and a skirt. Mr. White is dressed in a striped button-up shirt, coat and trousers. There is a house and a shed in the background.
