W. E. Love Jr., 9-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Love of Marfa, who have one of the outstanding ranch properties in that section of the Highland Hereford area. The Loves spent part of the holidays in Fort Worth. W. E. Love Jr. is shown here standing, wearing western clothing hat, coat, and boots. This typical young cowboy is in the fourth grade at school. His favorite mount is a 6-year old Palomino horse. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, January 6, 1941.
