A legislative forum is being held at the Commissioners Courtroom. Officials are clashing over office duties and other governmental operations. Attending the forum, pictured at the right, are Judge Bruce Young and Clarence E. Farmer. Judge Young made statements about juvenile and lunacy court operations. He is dressed in a three-piece suit. Mr. Farmer is a former legislator. He is wearing a striped suit.
