A legislative forum is being held at the Commissioners Courtroom. Officials are clashing over office duties and other governmental operations. A section of the crowd which filled the courtroom is pictured. On the second bench, left to right, are A. H. Whitley, J. O. Hildreth, Mrs. Happy Shelton (county clerk), District Clerk W. E. Alexander, R. C. Kinzer, Kermit H. Fry, Travis Dean, and A. C. Hardesty. On the first bench are F. M. Berry, Don E. Weaver, Marshall H. Kennady, Homer Tomlinson, Durward McDonald, W. L. Thompson, and J. G. Mooring.
