    Description

    Six of the characters to be in the pageant at Travis Avenue Baptist Church are, left to right, Ramah, Nathan, Joseph, Mary First King and Ruth, portrayed by Miss Myrtle Thompson, C. G. Largent, W. B. Watkins, Mrs. O. C. Ellis, C. G. Pierce and Mrs. E. L. Orren Jr., respectively. The pageant was written by Miss Dorothy Clark Wilson and is being directed by Mrs. Hyman J. Appelman. Mrs. L. L. Winans will direct the music. The cast members are all in costume and are surrounding a manger. The men are all standing while the women are kneeling. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, December 19, 1940.
