Description

The Civilian Pilot Training conference is being held at the Worth Hotel in Fort Worth, Texas. Among those attending the conference are, left to right, Howard W. Barlow, L. C. Elliott, and C. K. Holsapple. Mr. Barlow, of Texas Agricultural and Mechanical College, is the regional chairman of the organization. He is wearing a double breasted suit and a name tag. Mr. Elliott, of Fort Worth, Texas, is the regional manager of the Civil Aeronautics Authority. He is dressed in a double breasted pinstripe suit with a pocket square. Professor Holsapple, of Texas Christian University, is the regional Civilian Pilot Training secretary. He is wearing a three-piece pinstripe suit with a name tag.
