The Civil Aeronautics Administration (C. A. A.) is discussing a possible program for airport development in Fort Worth, Texas. The conference is being held at the Hotel Texas. In attendance, left to right, are S. E. Travis Junior, Major A. B. McMullen, Sam Bothwell, and L. C. Elliott. Mr. Travis is the regional C. A. A. airport engineer. He is dressed in a double breasted suit. Major McMullen, of Washington, is the chief of the C. A. A. airport division. He is wearing a three-piece suit and holding his hat. Mr. Bothwell is the City Manager of Fort Worth, Texas. He is dressed in a three-piece suit. Mr. Elliott is the regional C. A. A. manager. He is wearing a suit with a handkerchief in the pocket.
