The American Banker's Association is holding their regional conference at the Hotel Texas in Fort Worth, Texas. In attendance at the breakfast, left to right, are J. C. Walker, L. R. McMillan, Theo Carson, Grover S. Jernigan. Mr. Walker, of St. Louis, Missouri, is the vice president of the Mercantile-Commerce Bank and Trust Company. He is dressed in a dark, three-piece suit. Mr. McMillan, of New Orleans, Louisiana, is representing the Whitney National Bank. He is wearing a three-piece suit. Mr. Carson, of Little Rock, Arkansas, is the assistant to the bank commissioner of Arkansas. He is dressed in a tweed suit. Mr. Jernigan, also of Little Rock, is the bank commissioner of Arkansas. He is wearing a suit.
