Mid-Winter COuncil Session Here -- J. LeRoy Dart, left, vice president of American Institute of Banking, and Borden A. Davis, president of the Fort Worth, Texas Chapter of the American Institute of Banking (AIB). Council members and other officials arrived in Fort Worth, Texas for the mid-Winter council session of the institute. Mr. Dart is greeted here by Mr. Davis with handshake. Both are wearing suits, hats and coats. Mr. Dart is holding a cigar. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, January 22, 1940.
