Members of the cast of a three-act play, "Going on Seventeen," to be presented in the J. P. Elder School auditorium are, left to right, Paul Haddix, Jeanne Craven, Inez Hamilton and Orville Smythe. They are sitting on a couch in a living room family scene. Smythe is standing next to the couch. The play is presented by the mid-year graduating class. Miss Frances Walthall is director. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, January 12, 1940.
