    Description

    A second British patrol bomber, already adorned with the white, yellow and blue insignia of the Royal Navy, landed on Lake Worth en route from the San Diego factory to Halifax, Nova Scotia. In this picture is the crew, looking out of the solarium (actually, the seaplane's machine-gun window). Crew members are, left to right, Douglas Kelley, captain; Bob Jones, radio operator; Ed J. Creer, pilot, and Rudolph Hasty, flight engineer. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 4, 1940.
