Figures of Financial World Convene -- Four members of the executive council of the American Institute of Banking arrived for their mid-Winter meeting. They are, left to right, L. M. Barousse, New Orleans, Louisiana; Garnett Carter, Atlanta, Georgia; J. LeRoy Dart, Jacksonville, Florida; and Floyd W. Larson, New York City, New York. All four men are wearing suits, coats and hats. Mr. Carter is wearing eyeglasses and Mr. Barousse is wearing gloves. Mr. Barousse, Mr. Carter and Mr. Dart are holding luggage. Standing behind them are other arrivals (unidentified).
