Description

The Texas Sheep and Goat Raisers Association is holding their annual convention in San Angelo, Texas. The 1940 Convention marks the Silver Anniversary of the association. In attendance, left to right, are Odus Smith, Amos W. Womble, and W. W. McCutcheon. Mr. Smith, of Fort Worth, Texas, is smoking a cigar. He is dressed in a hat and a three-piece suit. Mr. Womble, of San Angelo, Texas, is wearing a cowboy hat and a double breasted pinstripe suit. Mr. McCutcheon, of Fort Davis, Texas, is dressed in a cowboy hat and a suit.
