Description

The Texas League Baseball Officials are responsible for the high standard of baseball in the league. Left to right are Julius Schepps and Hyman Donosky. Mr. Schepps is the Dallas Rebel's treasurer. He is dressed in a double breasted, three piece suit. Mr. Donosky is a secretary for the Rebels. He is wearing a double breasted pinstripe suit. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Sunday Edition January 21, 1940.
