Description
E. R. Brockway, head of the Devonian Oil Company, which moved its offices to Fort Worth, Texas, from Shreveport, Louisiana. The Devonian Oil Company is the first company to open offices in the city as the result of the Fort Worth Basin play. The office is located in the Fort Worth National Bank Building. Mr. Brockway is looking up from the work he has on his desk. He is a graduate of Oklahoma University and has been with Devonian four years after having been district geologist for Ohio Oil company in Illinois for 12.5 years. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 1, 1940.
