Description
The Texas League Baseball Officials are responsible for the high standard of baseball in the league. Left to right are R. L. Stuart and Bob Linton. Mr. Stuart is retiring from president of the Beaumont Exporters. The Detroit Tigers are the major league affiliate to the Exporters. He is wearing a three piece, double breasted suit. Mr. Linton is the player manager for the Fort Worth Cats. He is dressed in a three piece, pinstripe suit. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Sunday Edition January 21, 1940.
