    Description

    Lewis Williams Crutsinger, 25, is one of the first to fill out and return his questionnaire as a registrant volunteer in Tarrant County for a chance to served in the United States Army. Mr. Crutsinger is handing his completed questionnaire to J. T. Harris Junior, Clerk of Draft board No. 6 in the W. T. Waggoner Building headquarters of the Board. Mr. Crutsinger is wearing a plaid suit and a white collared shirt. There is an American flag hanging in the wall behind him. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, November 1, 1940.
