    Description

    Tarrant County, Texas is conducting their peace time registration for the draft. Left to right are Ted Samosch and Elwood Marr. Mr. Samosch is a refugee who escaped Hitler's wrath during the Holocaust and is now living in Fort Worth, Texas. He is volunteering as a registrar at the courthouse. Mr. Marr a native of China and now an American Citizen, is enrolling for the draft. Mr. Samosch is dressed in a suit. Mr. Marr is dressed in a pinstripe suit. His hat is sitting on the table. Published Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition October 17, 1940.
