Description

Tarrant County, Texas is conducting their peace time registration for the draft. Gilbert Heed took the afternoon to register at Paschal High School. After registering, he received a bulletin of information. He is shown sitting on a fire hydrant with his legs crossed, reading the bulletin. Mr. Head is dressed in a button-up shirt and trousers. Paschal High School is in the background. Published Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition October 17, 1940.
