Tarrant County, Texas is conducting their peace time registration of youths for the draft. Left to right are Harold Dill and Carey Allen. They are ministerial students at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. They are standing by Old Glory to look over the information they were given when they registered. Mr. Dill, of Spartanburg, South Carolina is wearing a three piece suit. Mr. Allen, of Long Beach, Mississippi is dressed in a suit and holding his hat.
