The Probation Institute is holding their conference in Fort Worth, Texas. Attending left to right are W. E. Robertson and Mrs. Estelle Claiborne. Mr. Robertson is a chief probation officer in Houston, Texas. He is also chairman of the legislation committee of the Texas Probation Association. He is wearing a pinstripe suit. Mrs. Claiborne is the chief probation officer at Beaumont, Texas. She is wearing a hat and a coat. They are standing next to each other in this half length photograph.
