Description
It was in this blazing inferno at a Taylor Street rooming house that P. C. Pannell lost his life. Mr. Pannell was a sixty-one year old musician and occupied the apartment with his wife. Mrs. Pannell was critically injured when she jumped from the second floor window of their apartment. Firemen are on the scene, attempting to extinguish the flames which spread to a neighboring building on Texas Street.
