Description
R. L. "Dutch" Meyer is the head football coach at Texas Christian University. In 1938 he led the Horned Frogs to a National Championship. He is demonstrating his off-season routine, which includes yard work. According to the Coach, January is a good time to prune his hedges. He is work on his bushes, wearing a hat, suit, and coat. His two story house is in the background. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, February 11, 1940.
