Description
R. L. "Dutch" Meyer is the head football coach at Texas Christian University. In 1938 he led the Horned Frogs to a National Championship. He is demonstrating his off-season routine which includes sitting at the breakfast table with his wife Mrs. Margaret (Maggie) Meyer. Mrs. Meyer is pouring coffee into a mug and is wearing dark colored dress and a necklace. Coach Meyer spoons sugar into his coffee and is dressed in a three piece suit. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, February 11, 1940.
