Members of the Big Spring, Texas, Chamber of Commerce committee that worked to secure the $2,000,000 Veterans Hospital. They are, left to right, Doctor P. W. Malone, Doctor C. W. Deats, M. M. Miller and County Judge J. T. Brooks. Dr. Malone is wearing a short-sleeve collared shirt and trousers. The other three men are wearing suits and neckties. They are standing against a wall. At the far right is an American flag (obscured).
