Members of the Big Spring, Texas, Chamber of Commerce committee that worked to secure the $2,000,000 Veterans Hospital. They are, left to right, R. R. McEwen, Albert Darby, R. L. Tollett and W. W. Inkman. They are standing against a wall. At the far right is an American flag (obscured). McEwen, Darby and Tollett are wearing light-colored suits. Inkman is wearing a dark-colored pinstripe, double breasted suit.
