Margaret Eby, Houston tennis star, gained the second round in the women's singles of the Texas Sectional Tennis Tournament by downing Gloria Quinn, Dallas, 6-0, 6-2. In this picture she is posed playing the game. She is shown in the tennis court holding the racket and ready to hit the ball. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, June 26, 1945.
