Malcolm, pharmacist's mate third class, in the Navy, has been awarded the commendation ribbon for meritorious achievement on Saipan. He is son of Mrs. Margaret McDonald. He attended Paschal High School. He enlisted in the Army when 15 and was known as the Army's youngest private. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, November 2, 1944.
