    Description

Left to right, Dixie Montier and Barbara Wills. Dixie has been separated from her family for five years, but the storming of Allied troops through France and the liberation of Paris, means that soon, perhaps, she will see her parents and sisters again. They sit on a sidewalk in dresses, playing with a ball. Published Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition August 27, 1944.
