Description
The Texas Christian University Horned Frogs are preparing for the 1943 football season. There are nine freshman on the roster and only one returning letterman from the 1942 season. Some of the new faces to the gridiron, left to right, are Jim Cox, Harry Gardner, James McGehee, and A. L. Stell. Gardner is a fullback transfer from Southern Methodist University. The players are shown standing in front of a fence, dressed in practice football uniforms.
