Description
The Texas Christian University Horned Frogs are preparing for the 1943 football season. There are nine freshman on the roster and only one returning letterman from the 1942 season. Some of the new faces to the gridiron, left to right, are Bill Gaffney, Owen Lease, Stuart Erlonger, and Douglas Carter. Carter is a fullback transfer from Baylor University. The players are shown standing against a fence, dressed in their practice uniforms.
