Description
Here is Snooks, a nine-year-old white horse and his owner, Grady Blue, manager of the S. B. Cantey Estate ranch near Palo Pinto in action. This pair has won the championship in the cutting horse contest at the Texas Cowboy Reunion at Stamford in 1940, at Mineral Wells and Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show at Fort Worth in 1941 and 1942. Here is Snooks keeping between an animal and her herd, regardless of her attempts to get back. His job is completed. There is an unidentified man on the horse and a cattle-herd in the background.
