Description
One of the most active areas in West Central Texas is the Wimberly pool of southern Jones County. Shown here are tool dresser C. J. Horne (left) and C. A. Lawrence, driller, on the Bailey Balkan No. 1 Bill Dunigan, another new producer. Mr. Horne and Mr. Lawrence are wearing work clothes and hats and holding a piece of machinery that is connected to a hook by a rope. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, March 8, 1942.
