Description

Mr. and Mrs. Chester Hyde, of Crowley, Louisiana. The couple is standing next to each other with smiles on their faces. Mrs. Hyde is wearing a fur coat with a patterned blouse and skirt underneath, while her husband wears a buttoned up coat with a pair of eyeglasses. Both are also wearing brimmed hats, however Mrs. Hyde's is set askew on her head. Behind them is a fenced off house and a truck parked near the fence, at right. The duo traveled around West Texas inspecting registered Polled Hereford cattle. Mr. Hyde is a Polled Hereford breeder and is Southern director of the American Polled Hereford Association.
